Information we collect

• Name, email address, telephone number, enquiry type and message.
• Appointment, consultation and relevant treatment information.
• Learner entry information, attendance, assessment, CPD and certificate records where applicable.
• Account details and technical information needed for login, security and administration.
• Clinical photographs, videos or case information where separately collected for an explained purpose.
• Payment and membership records where applicable to a service you purchase.

Purposes and lawful bases

We use enquiry and contact details to respond to you and take steps at your request before a booking, and booking and learner information to provide agreed services. We rely on contract or pre-contract steps where applicable. We use necessary account, technical and correspondence records for our legitimate interests in operating services, security, administration and responding to concerns. Legal obligations may require particular records to be retained or disclosed. Optional consent-based uses, including marketing publication of identifiable media, require a separate choice.

Health information and sensitive media

Health information and some clinical records are special category personal data. Before collecting this information for a particular service, we must explain the purpose, relevant lawful basis and applicable special category condition. Explicit consent may be used where appropriate; other conditions depend on the activity and applicable law. Retention

Retention depends on the purpose and record type. We consider whether an enquiry is still active, whether a booking or course is ongoing, the need to verify training or certificates, applicable legal and insurer record requirements, and any unresolved complaint or dispute. We do not promise immediate deletion where records must lawfully be kept.
