Founder & Aesthetic Educator

Naomi Flower

Senior Advanced Practitioner & Aesthetic Educator

With over 20 years’ experience across beauty, aesthetics and education, Naomi combines advanced treatment knowledge with a personal approach and a commitment to developing other practitioners. Her background includes Melksham Beauty & Aesthetics Clinic, the Wiltshire School of Beauty & Holistic Therapy and Beautia Aesthetics Academy.

A Level 5 and Level 7 Aesthetic Practice Trainer, regenerative aesthetics Protocol Developer and member of the Revive NX UK & Ireland Expert Panel, she brings professional practice into every lesson. Naomi is also Chair, Education & Protocol Development, on the Aesthetics Professionals Collective advisory board. Her work centres on helping people choose treatments for their individual goals and supporting learners to build their skills and confidence.

Wendy Freeman

Facialist & Skin Specialist

Wendy Freeman is an award winning facialist and skin specialist with 40 years of experience in the beauty industry, including 30 years specialising in skin.

Her expertise centres on skin anatomy and physiology, skincare ingredients and understanding how treatments affect the skin. She brings a wealth of practical experience from working in the UK and abroad, owning an award winning salon and teaching in colleges and academies both internationally and in the UK.

As an independent educator working with the academy, Wendy is passionate about sharing her knowledge and experience with aspiring beauty and aesthetic practitioners. Her teaching connects skin science with practical skills, helping students build confidence, make informed treatment choices and understand the importance of individual skin needs.

Wendy continually updates her own knowledge and skills in this ever evolving industry. Her philosophy is simple: skin science never stands still, and neither does she.

Tanya Korsaka

Independent Nurse Prescriber

Tanya Korsaka is an advanced aesthetics nurse practitioner, independent nurse prescriber and educator with 21 years of nursing experience and 20 years in the beauty industry.

Her approach centres on individual skin needs and client wellbeing. She believes that everybody deserves to feel good about the way they look, and focuses on personalised skincare and aesthetic care suited to each person.

Her experience covers a range of skincare and aesthetic treatments, including skin rejuvenation, medical-grade peels and care for concerns such as acne, rosacea and stretch marks. She brings together her nursing background and long-standing beauty industry experience.

As a practitioner and educator, Tanya places a strong emphasis on safety and keeping her knowledge current. She follows developments in treatment techniques and skincare, with client wellbeing remaining central to her work.

Rob Johnston

Owner of OG-Web.site

Behind the beauty is the technology that helps the business run — and behind that technology is Rob Johnston, IT & Cybersecurity Support and owner of OG-Web.site. Rob looks after the computers, website, cybersecurity and digital infrastructure at Naomi’s Aesthetics & Training, bringing technical know-how and practical support to the team.

Naomi’s second favourite man — and Winnie’s number one when he needs backup with Naomi. The favour goes both ways: when Rob needs a hand, Winnie is there too. Different skills, plenty of banter, and one team backing each other.

Winnie Winterbourne

Owner of Winnie’s Barber Co.

Winnie Winterbourne is the owner of Winnie’s Barber Co. and supports Naomi in building Naomi’s Aesthetics & Training. An incredible barber, he has spent nearly a decade at the heart of his hometown, Chippenham, bringing skill, style and personality to his craft. He is an integral part of the team, helping shape the business and build the foundations behind it.

Naomi’s partner and number one man, Winnie backs her ambitions just as she backs his. With both working in the beauty industry, they complement each other in style, personality and work ethic. They bring their own strengths, share a belief in what they are building, and support each other every step of the way.
