Photography, video and media consent

Separate choices for clinical records, learning and public use.

Last updated:

Separate purposes and choices

The purpose of photographs or videos must be explained before they are taken or used. Consent for one purpose does not automatically authorise another purpose.

  • Clinical records and treatment review.
  • Internal practitioner training.
  • Anonymised case-study learning.
  • Public website gallery.
  • Social media and marketing.

Identification

Before agreeing to public or training use, confirm whether your face, name or other identifying details will be visible, and whether material will be cropped or anonymised. Refusing optional marketing permission does not itself prevent a consultation.

Permissions are recorded for the agreed purposes. You can withdraw consent for future consent-based use by emailing enquiries@naomis-aesthetics.co.uk. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. We will review removal from channels we control and explain any legal reasons for retaining records. Copies already shared or printed by others may not be fully recoverable; that does not remove your data protection rights.

Information and storage

Media must have a clear purpose and appropriate handling arrangements. Clinical records, learning use and public publication have different access and retention needs.
