Clinical media retention policy
Photographs, videos, case studies and separately agreed public use.
Last updated:
Scope and purpose
This policy covers clinical photographs, videos, before-and-after images and case-study media. Media must have an explained purpose, such as clinical records, treatment review, training or separately agreed public use. Consent to clinical records does not automatically permit training or marketing publication.
Access and retention
Private clinical and learning media must be handled through appropriately restricted systems and accessed only by people authorised for the relevant purpose. Retention depends on clinical record requirements, insurance and legal obligations, training verification needs, the purpose of publication and any unresolved dispute. Public gallery media requires separate consent and review.
Withdrawal and removal requests
Contact enquiries@naomis-aesthetics.co.uk to withdraw consent for future consent-based use or request removal. We will review the request, stop future use that relies on withdrawn consent and explain any legal basis for retaining clinical records. Material on channels we control can be reviewed for removal; copies already lawfully shared or printed by others may not be fully recoverable. Your data protection rights still apply.
