Report a concern
Email enquiries@naomis-aesthetics.co.uk if you suspect unauthorised account access, accidental disclosure, a message sent to the wrong recipient, loss of information or a problem involving private records. Include the affected page or service, when you noticed the issue and a brief description. Do not send passwords, access tokens or copies of other people’s private records.
Response procedure
Reports are assessed so the relevant people can contain the issue, preserve necessary evidence and establish which systems, information and people may be affected. Access restrictions or credential changes may be needed. Decisions, actions and follow-up are recorded.
Notification and review
Any notification obligations to affected people, the ICO or other relevant organisations are assessed under applicable law. Incidents are reviewed to identify corrective action. Reporting a concern does not authorise testing, accessing records or continuing activity that could affect other users.
