Complaints procedure
How to raise a concern about treatments, training or website services.
Last updated:
Making a complaint
Email enquiries@naomis-aesthetics.co.uk with your name, contact details, the date of the appointment, course or event, a summary of your concern and the outcome you would like. If you need help making a complaint, contact us to discuss an accessible way to do so. Avoid sending sensitive photographs or detailed health records in your initial email.
Review and response
We aim to handle complaints fairly, promptly and professionally. We will acknowledge your complaint, explain the next steps and tell you when to expect a response. An appropriate person will review the concern and any relevant records. Clinical concerns may need practitioner review. If further information or more time is needed, we will explain why.
Outcomes and further review
We will explain the outcome and any proposed action. This may include an explanation, correction of records, a follow-up appointment or a review of training or administration. If you remain dissatisfied, reply explaining why and ask for further review. Where applicable, we will explain relevant external routes, such as an insurer, professional body or regulator. Your legal rights are unaffected.
Privacy and urgent concerns
Complaint records are handled in line with our privacy notice and retention policies. The complaints email is not an emergency service. Do not wait for a complaint response if you need urgent medical help.
