Enquiries and confirmation

Submitting an enquiry does not confirm an appointment or reserve a course place. Appointments are arranged by direct communication or an available booking service. Wait for confirmation of the date, service, price and any applicable booking conditions.

Consultation and suitability

• Discuss your goals and relevant medical history with your practitioner.
• Provide accurate information about medication, allergies, previous treatments and other relevant circumstances.
• Discuss the proposed treatment, risks, benefits, alternatives and aftercare.
• A consultation does not guarantee treatment. Treatment may be declined or delayed where it is unsuitable or unsafe.

Fees, deposits, cancellations and rescheduling

The applicable fees, deposit arrangements, cancellation, rescheduling and non-attendance terms will be provided before booking confirmation or payment. Ask for these in writing if they have not been supplied. Any cancellation or refund arrangements remain subject to your statutory rights. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change a booking.

Information and photographs

Booking and consultation information is handled as explained in our privacy notice. Clinical photographs and videos require a clear purpose and appropriate consent or another applicable lawful basis. Agreement to clinical photography does not automatically authorise marketing use.
